  • Men's Ministry

    The Men's Ministry at West Valley Christian Church is led by John Stalboerger.

    Some of the Men's gatherings include weekly Fight Night Men's Life Group, monthly Men's Breakfast, annual Men's Retreat, annual Men's Golf Retreat, periodic Service Projects, and annual Father and Son Retreat.

  • Student Ministry

    The Student Ministry at West Valley Christian Church is called The Underground, where our goal is to dig beneath the surface of hard topics and to live as an “underground movement,” counter-cultural to the mainstream world. Our midweek services include games, worship, relevant topics, and small groups for both guys and girls. High School service meets Tuesday nights from 7:00-8:15pm and Middle School service meets Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:15pm upstairs in the Student Center (second floor).

  • Children's Ministry


    Come check out our Children's Ministry! Amy Gonzalez and her team of amazing volunteers teach our children how much God loves them and that He has a plan for their lives, all while having a great time. Whether through games, stories, or small group studies, kids at West Valley Christian Church are learning how to make an impact on our world. Our kids don't just go to church, they ARE the church!

  • Vintage Ministry

    We have an exciting ministry to our Senior Adults which are adults 55 and over! We have Monthly Gatherings on the 3rd Thursday of every month. We meet in the Sunset Room from 10 to 11 am. We start with a greeting & sharing time with refreshments and follow that with a time of worship and devotions. We also have Quarterly Gatherings for Friday Fellowship Nights from 7 to 9 pm in

    our Worship Center or our Connecting Place. We have movie nights, game nights, meal nights, etc. 

  • Life Groups

    Life Groups provide the perfect opportunity to get connected with our Church community.

    We get together to share, discuss, and go a little deeper on the current Sunday sermons series.

  • Celebrate Recovery

    Led by Gary Millard, Celebrate Recovery aims to provide fellowship and celebrate God’s healing power in our lives.

    We open the door by sharing our experiences, victories, and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God’s grace in solving our life problems.

  • Young Adults Ministry

    Young Adults at West Valley Christian Church is a dynamic community of people who want to know more about God, faith, and how that impacts the future while building lifelong friendships with each other.

  • Missions Ministry

    This ministry is an active role of being the hands and feet of Jesus both locally and globally. Whether it is short-term missions or local service projects the goal is the same: to show God’s love in the most practical way of serving others.

  • Prayer Ministry

    West Valley Christian's Prayer Ministry offers various prayer events throughout the year to equip, empower & encourage His people in the power of prayer. We come along side of others to pray with & for the needs that we all face in life. We are available in His call to meet others in prayer.  

  • Music & Worship Ministry

    This ministry is for people who are musically talented and want to use that talent in worship Sundays through singing or playing an instrument in the worship band.

  • Technical Arts Ministry

    This is a technical ministry specifically aimed at the Sunday Worship Services. It involves everything from sound and lighting to slides as well as stage set up and take down. 

  • Welcome Center

    This is a ministry of hospitality to both members as well as visitors coming to worship. Hospitality embraces people with God’s heart of love, creating a warm and welcoming space where people feel at home, where strangers become friends and family.

  • Ushers & Communion Servers

    This is a hands-on ministry that oversees the worship services by preparing the facilities on Sundays from the parking lots to the communion trays and from handing out Bibles to helping people find seats.

  • Greeter Ministry

    This ministry is about First Impressions. You will play an active role on Sundays by helping guests and attendees feeling welcome.

  • Shepherding Ministry

    This is a relational ministry intended to promote love and fellowship among all members and leaders of the church through meeting the needs of the congregation.

  • Outreach Ministry

    This is a ministry aimed at integration. We help facilitate the Discover Life Class and partner with new members through this process.

  • Preparations Ministry

    This ministry is the hands-on work of weekly filling of communion trays to washing the baptismal robes and towels and even laying the blue tiles in the gym for special events.

  • Funeral and Benevolence Ministry

    This ministry is on call to assist people in times of crisis or urgent need with meals due to a death in the family, an illness, or a newborn.

  • Safety Ministry

    The security and safety of our congregation is an upmost priority. This ministry addresses the practical applications of that in a variety of services and methods.
